Yes. In 2014, the U.S. Farm Bill legalized the growth of industrial hemp in states where it had been approved by law — in 2017, Governor Cuomo signed Senate Bill 6787 in support of New York state growing industrial hemp. Properly dosed CBD is crucial. That’s because your body’s response to CBD dosage is bell-curved. Too little and you won’t feel anything; too much and it’ll dampen the impact with reported side effects like lethargy and diarrhea.
It’s all about finding your “Goldilocks Zone”!
We suggest starting low and slow. Begin with 20mg per day for one week. If you feel no effect, increase your dosage by 20mg a week until you find your sweet spot.

Yes! Our tincture is completely pet-friendly. You’ll see CBD on the market specifically for pets. There is no difference in the oil – brands just know that people will pay more for pet products. The exact same ingredients are in the bottle. PETS DO REQUIRE LOWER DOSES OF CBD OIL THAN HUMANS, so follow the dosing guidelines.

Marijuana is high in THC, the component that makes you feel “high” — hemp contains less than .3% THC, but is very rich in CBD. Hemp, and hemp-derived CBD, is legal in all 50 states.
